Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

  • Are you ready to work for 9 hours per day for 6 days a week
  • Will you attend 7 days of training with stipend of Rs 1500 (subject to successful completion of training certification)
  • Are you ready to work in rotational shifts (Female candidates will get day-shifts 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

What you will be doing?

  • Take inbound calls from customers of one of the leading e-Commerce organization
  • Understand and resolve their queries and complaints over phone calls
  • Route/forward the calls to appropriate person (senior personnel) if unable to handle the queries oneself
  • Log the call details in call logging system
  • Help in retaining customers


You must have

  • Must have good/above average (verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills
  • Clarity of speech and with neutral accent
  • Problem solving skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to grow with organization


Important Information

Job type:

  • Inbound - voice process (handle calls coming in from domestic customers)


Work location:

  • Sector 3, Noida (Very close to Noida Sector 16 Metro Station)


Shifts:

  • Rotational off, 6 days working.
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts. For female staff the shifts would be between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Fixed 9 hours shift


Transport:

  • One side transport for shifts ending or beginning in odd hours (10:30 PM till 7:00 AM)
