  • Handle inbound calls
  • Resolve customer queries within assigned TAT (turn around time)
  • Adhere to the login hours and maintain the desired AHT (average handle time)
  • Develop strong customer relationship and provide paramount service
  • Ascertain customer needs and take action in a timely manner

  • Good interpersonal skills

Shifts and work timings:

  • It will be a 24*7 (rotational shifts) job. 
  • For boys - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • For girls - 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
