Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

  • Are you willing to work in rotational shift (that will include night shifts)
  • We will call you for a 10 minutes telephonic interview. Please suggest a time - morning 10am-12noon; afternoon 12-2pm; evening 2pm-4pm or 4pm -6pm

What you will be doing?

  • Attend calls coming from customers of Retail Banking 
  • Understand their concerns and problems 
  • Provide adequate help and resolutions based on the prescribed operating procedures
  • Log all incoming calls, concerns and resolutions shared along with customer records


You must have

  • Basic communication skills 
  • Ability to translate text written in English to Hindi

Shift Timings:

  • The process remains open in 24*7 environment with rotational shifts
  • Girls are given 9 hours shift between 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM only
  • 9 hours shift


Salary:

  • Rs 9506/- CTC and Rs 7300/- in hand (after deducting PF and ESIC)
  • Candidates who know Marathi will have Rs 11060/- as CTC and Rs 8987/- in hand 
  • Retention bonus at the rate of Rs 1000/- will be available (provided quarterly)


Cab/Transport:

  • Not available


Selection Procedure:

  • Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts (this will be checked in the interviews)
  • Selection procedure would require candidates to translate a given passage in English to Hindi
