What you will be doing?

    • Responsible for doing outbound sales call.
    • Responsible for dealing with domestic clients.
    • Responsible for dealing with clients queries.

You must have

    • Good communication in English & Hindi 
    • Candidate having prior experience in Customer Service industry or sales will be an advantage
    • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

Important Information

Job type:

Outbound - voice process (domestic - sales process)


No cabs provided


Work timing will be between 9 AM to 9 PM (It will be 9 hours shift)

Work location:

Sector 2, Noida (around 2 KM from Sector 16 Metro Station)


In hand salary will be 7K - 8.5K depending upon how the candidates perform at the interview.

Selection procedure:

Below are the rounds in selection process at ICCS:

  1. HR Round - to assess basic communication skills
  2. Audio Round - candidates will be asked to respond to and speak aloud a few sentences that they hear on phone 
  3. Typing Test - candidates will be assessed for a decent typing test. (30 words per minute - average typing speed would be sufficient)
  4. Operations Round - candidates will be assessed for their fitness for the process
