Job Description

Mandatory Requirements

  • Are you 2014, 2015 or 2016 passout?
  • Will you able to attend 3 weeks (Free) training for this job?
  • Are you willing to work in Noida Location?
  • Comfortable with night shifts?
  • Have you done schooling from English medium?

What you will be doing?

  • You will be supporting customers and clients on (windows, SharePoint, active directory, mainframe).
  • Provide first level technical support (L1) and resolve user issues and queries.
  • Work in rotational shifts to help user in finding solutions for their queries over phone/internet.
  • Log and keep records of customers queries and issues.
  • Follow up with users and collect feedback.
  • Establish good working relationship with users and other team members.

You must have

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Good fundamentals of software's and hardware's
  • Problem solving skills
  • Only for Local candidates 
  • Joining location would be Noida

  • You have to attend 3 weeks of professional training (Free) in Collabera. Training is on behalf of HCL, first evaluation will be done after one week of training by HCL in Collabera.
