hat you will be doing?
You will be supporting customers and clients on (windows, SharePoint, active directory, mainframe).
Provide first level technical support (L1) and resolve user issues and queries.
Work in rotational shifts to help user in finding solutions for their queries over phone/internet.
Log and keep records of customers queries and issues.
Follow up with users and collect feedback.
Establish good working relationship with users and other team members.
ou must have
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Good fundamentals of software's and hardware's
Problem solving skills
