  • Individuals at this job is responsible for resolving queries and customer cases over web-chat or email.
  • They form the primary layer of contact with the customer and responses may be made on either preexisting email templates or customized mails to the query requirement.
  • This job requires the individual to either work independently or collaboratively in teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • The individual should possess good communication skills and should be willing to take up a desk-based job with long hours.

Selection procedure:

There will be three rounds in the complete selection procedure. 

  1. HR round (where the basic English communication skill will be judged)
  2. Written Test (to test your English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reading comprehension and English writing skills)
  3. IVR Round (read aloud words shown on screen, pronounce and speak aloud words that you hear on microphone, read aloud right words from jumbled group of words )
  4. Client Round (read aloud passage, translate the passage in Hindi, general questions to check aptitude, fluency and thought process)


Cab/Transport:

  • Not provided


In Hand salary:

  • Rs 2500/- is deducted on account of PF and ESIC. 
  • In hand salary will range from Rs 13,500/- to Rs 15,500/-

Shift timings:

Timings will vary based on the processes you will be hired in. One shift would entail 9 hours of working.

There are processes with ONLY day shift and processes with rotational shifts (24*7).


Weekly off:

  1. Rostered off. 
  2. Rotational work (24*7) environment for boys. Day shifts for girls.
