  • Welcome calls to newly inducted customers
  • Checking and updating customer's records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Informing customers about dues and upcoming payments
  • Collections of outstanding dues from the customers

Selection procedure:

There will be three rounds in the complete selection procedure. 

1. HR round (where the basic English communication skill will be judged)

2. Operations round (where tenacity and flexibility to operate in live business environment will be checked)

3. Client round (final round with client where client will review all of above and give a go-ahead)

In Hand salary:

  • Rs 2500/- is deducted on account of PF and ESIC. 
  • In hand salary will range from Rs 9,500/- to Rs 13,500/-

Shift timings:

Timings will vary based on the processes you will be hired in. One shift would entail 9 hours of working.

There are processes with ONLY day shift and processes with rotational shifts (24*7).

Weekly off:

6 days working with roster off.
